Housekeeper sent to my room.at before checkout time , entered my room , unsure that it was still occupied even though room was booked and paid hours prior .

Booked and couldn’t even stay in the room due to debilitating conditions of room bed and horrendous smoke smell. Had to cancel and go elsewhere

Lost our reservation, insects all around the Room , sticky Floor with ant powder Everywhere in the Room,had to argue to have a cleaner Room.

Upon arrival, the clerk assigned me a room. The room had a family living in it for what they said was a month. I was then assigned a second room. This room still had the TV on, the beds looked made and not cleaned. One bed had a white comforter which had a huge stain on it. The room smelled of body odor. Outside the hotel, people were just hanging out, eating food off the hood of thier cars, leaving thier room doors open as to where you could see people actually live on this property. It was dirty, disgusting, and seedy. I have two kids under the age of 4. I asked for a refund and left immediately.

Horrible, it smelled bad, nothing worked, everything was dirty and broken, I paid for a suite and when I arrived they told me they didn't have a suite, there was no internet availability

Hotel nided lots of improvements, repairs and maintenance, appliances should be renovated and replaced. The room it self smells, lights not working ..Staff looks like not happy with visitors coming.

Dirt around floor perimeter. Bathtub had been painted and paint was peeling.
