Lovely accommodations - stunning views and great breakfast. Love the coffee station for ease of use - if I was staying for longer, I would have loved to try everything that the hotel had to offer.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The lack of a power outlet at the side table is problematic for CPAP machine users. They did loan an extension cord but had to be returned very early in morning as its apprently used in kitchen. I bought my own extension cord for second night.The bed is too soft and low for me to be comfortable. Food at the restaurant was very good, although service was slow, both at dinner and breakfast. Reasonable price:value ratio.

We have stayed at MyPond when supporting our kids at the annual SA Schools Boat Race. Location is excellent.

Adequate room for a one night stay. The glass shower door didn't close completely so there was a big puddle of water after the shower

We have enjoyed the hotel. The first day we arrived there was a bad smell in our room the staff tried their best to overcome the smell. The room was clean. The receptionist were very welcoming.

I was disappointed that there was no water to flush & to bath . And that there were no substitutes for that

MyPond Hotel is located in the centre of Port Alfred close next to the river and close to restaurants and other activities. The staff were helpful and attentive. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

I was driving guests for tours and decided to be slept here,the place was enjoyable ,I like the breakfast and the view of the water
我们路过这里住了两天，非常满意。我们入住的是1号套房，装修雅致宽敞，视野开阔，环境清幽。前台女士非常友好，所有员工也都非常乐于助人。从一些细节可以看出，这里是当地酒店学院的培训酒店，不过这没什么问题。餐厅、早餐，尤其是咖啡服务，略显粗糙。整体卫生状况还有待提高。但考虑到南非的房价，这绝对物超所值！
