我们的航班被取消了，航空公司把我们安排在了伊莉莎酒店 (Hotel Elisa)。工作人员非常热情周到。厨房原本要关闭，但他们表示会根据需要一直开放。我们到达时，空调让房间凉爽舒适。虽然没有电梯，但工作人员非常乐意提供帮助。前台的曼迪 (Mandy) 非常热情地接待了我和我妈妈，帮我们挑选了合适的房间，安排了回机场的班车，把我们照顾得无微不至。我们感受到了曼迪和所有工作人员的真挚关怀。非常感谢你们的热情好客。x
