The hotel was nice, but the service was horrible. Janell (concierge bldg 5) was great but that was about it. Was hard to get simple things like water or to restock the beer , which only happened once during our stay. We went with a group that held 6 rooms including ours. One room flooded because the tub leaked. We all ordered room service at least once that never came. Was hard to get napkins when at meal service. Another room was wet when we got there. Another the kettle leaked. 5403 (my room)5105, 4008, 4107,4114 and another room Zamina Mohammed. For the money we paid we expected way way better. My husband and I chose this location based on a previous stay in Royalton Negril which was fantastic back in November 2021. I can’t believe we almost purchased or even considered a prime package. Based on what we saw glad we didn’t.

Room, staff, bar, dinner we all poor.
Bar ran out of supplies. For example their martini bar ran out of olives and vodka. and liquor, Food was prepared with described ingredients, room was poorly maintained, furniture was terrible, in fact the chair supplied for the makeup mirror was so low, even 2 pillows didnt work for my 5 ft 9 in wife, the sraff didnt seam that they wanted to be working, or were not happy working for the hotel. St Lucia is a lovely island, just stay away from this resort.

The pools were quite clean as was the beach. Room service was very poor. The rooms were not cleaned properly.
Food was good - good variety, enough vegetarian options, lots of good fruits and coffee

Although we got moved to a new room after our first had numerous issues like massive mold spores, stains on furniture, malfunctioning safe and ripped sheets it was never smooth sailing as we had hoped.
The food is subpar, the beach is rarely cleaned and usually crowded. Drinks are watered down and even the cups they serve em in are dirty. Just so far from the "Luxury" experience they often tout. Avoid at all costs, I wish we had heeded warnings from previous reviews but thought we'd give em a chance. Let's just say we were extremely glad to go home after this one.
We spoke to many guests and every single one of them had something similar to say. This was our second All-Inclusive and we've officially decided we will never do this again. All of our previous vacations have been better in pretty much all of the ways you can think of from price, staff, food, overall experience and quality to travel time.
I heard of a few different places that were supposedly better alternatives in St. Lucia and we may try that far in the future but the bitter taste this left us with is hard to overcome at this time. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.
We did meet a few really great staff members in the buffet and they were a pleasure to see everyday and talk to. The rest will largely ignore you unless you're carrying a few dollars each time which we always did.

The room was bad, old, stinky and dirty. The room service was bad. They did not clean our room , change out thr towels or refill the room refridge during our stay. Not once. The drin ks and the entertainment was excellent. The pool and the beach were excellent.

Room was clean, some of the staff was courteous, I had to wait two day to get a clothes iron, did not like food, same breakfast was served everyday, not a wid w variety of food. Plus food was not tasty

The only problem we had was a guest above us throwing sunflower seed shells and gummy bears down on our patio. We had a swim out and their garbage attracted ants which was very annoying. Other than that every single staff member was extremely polite, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would recommend this resort to everyone and would love to return for another relaxing stay
