Absolutely would never stay at this resort or recommend it to anyone. Not one staff member was helpful or friendly. You can tell the resort is not maintained very well as there is tons of damage in the rooms, restaurants, and pools. None of the windows in the restaurants seemed to have ever been cleaned. Room cleaning was just re doing the bed. 1/5 stars and that is being generous.

The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time in the Hideaway pool. We enjoyed the food at each restaurant and the buffet. The resort itself was average, the halls and elevators could use a good cleaning, and the customer service was below par.

We had a wonderful time at the Royalton. Stayed in Hideaway (adults only side) and did Diamond Club, which was so worth it. Our butlers (Nikita and Kayson) helped with what we needed, they were able to get us dinner reservations. Dinner at Hibachi, Italian and Tex Mex were great. Service was good, there were times where the hotel appeared understaffed, but we were happy with the trip. The hotel is 90 minutes from the airport and it's an experience to get there, lots of windy roads. Some people have gotten motion sickness secondary to this, so just be prepared. St. Lucia is beautiful and more mountainous that I expected. Staff at the Hideaway bar (Stephen, his sister and his crew) were lots of fun.

The customer service was horrible overall!!! Rizaria, Miracle and Damy were the exception! They were awesome. It took us two days to get clean towels. The drinks were horrible and it was hard to get a reservation for dinner. The actual resort is nice but the customer service drinks and food ruined the overall experience.

酒店的地理位置绝对令人惊叹——拥有令人窒息的海景、郁郁葱葱的热带环境，并在放松和冒险之间取得了完美的平衡。我们的房间宽敞、装饰精美、一尘不染，还有一个私人泳池，能看到最令人难以置信的日落。
度假村非常干净整洁。唯一的问题是客房服务。菜单选择非常有限，应该增加一些菜品。总体来说，入住体验不错。
完美的住宿体验，酒店采全包式，内在十多间餐厅，提供世界各地不同款式的料理，即使不是饭点，reception 和cafe等都有小吃供应。大推意大利餐厅，住了5天最美味就数他。各项游乐设施齐备，足够耍废几天也不会闷。酒鬼来到最开心，每天15小时放题任喝。
不要住在这里！他们会从你的卡上扣取 200 美元押金，但实际上这是一笔费用！！！一家餐厅的工作人员告诉我的一位家人换衣服，但其他人都穿着同样的衣服。此外，如果你是黑人，他们不会为这个重要的种族提供服务，我们在酒吧等地多次被拒绝。食物很糟糕，我们的胃很痛，整个旅程都感到恶心。这里并不是只供成人使用，孩子们在只供成人使用的度假村里随处可见。我看到很多孩子捡起食物扔回自助餐托盘里。父母应该更好地整理孩子的盘子。有史以来最糟糕的经历。再也不来了！！！！！
