I complained to the Front Desk about houskeeping issues. The table and countertops were obviously not well cleaned/wiped down, and there were crumbs and other bits of packaging left on the floor from previous guests!
There breakfast buffet is basic.
The staff on the other hand was very attentive, responsive and a pleasure to interact with.

I have stayed here many times both for business and family vacations and I love it. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Most of all: the staff are amazing!! Kudos to excellent customer service from the front desk staff to housekeeping and beyond. Keep up the wonderful level of service!
The only remark I have, is that the property can use more landscaping for beautifying and more lighting and seating outside for the ground level rooms.
They have such beautiful and relaxing views but no proper lighting and chairs/tables. A pity and missed opportunity!
Also, the buildings could use a fresh coat of paint on the outside to enhance the property.
Looking forward to many more stays!
