Staff was very courteous,clean rooms and plenty of amnenities. Unfortunately the ceilings are not very sound proof. The people above us weren't very considerate,loud footsteps across the floor and the sounds of furnishing being moved around.

Yes the room was very clean and so was the lobby and corridors. The only problem we had was that because of our neighbours next door the first night we could not sleep but the staff and the assistant manager were very courteous and changed our room the next day. We could not get a discounted price because we did not book directly with them but they did give us a 15$ gift card to Dunkin donuts.

Hotel was super clean. Plenty of amenities. And a great busy area, but was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful. Staff was very nice.

The room we booked had a sliding bathroom door that did not close therefore there was no privacy when going to the bathroom shower or changing. We only stayed one night and we were visiting family so there was not point in changing rooms at the time.

We always enjoy staying here. Would recommend placing water bottles in the room instead of the guests having to ask for them.

Comfortably dissatisfied.
Everything was great except the carts were too small. As a disabled veteran, I had to make 3 separate trips and I couldn’t get a room on the 1st floor !!!
很好 睡的很香
入住当晚感觉很棒，前台小哥人也很好，但之后就变得很糟糕了。周六酒店的毛巾用完了，只是说客满了。如果毛巾供应不足，就不应该让客人入住。我们为了参加舞蹈比赛在这家酒店住了三年，以后再也不会来了。
位置优越，非常干净，入住手续快捷简便。
