Musty room
Room smelled musty And humidity in the air.
The lights in the bathroom don’t make sense. Their should be a separate light switch for the shower/ toilet area

To keep it simple, I reserved king size bed , when we arrived was told when you book with outside source it’s not guaranteed.To say the least my wife and I of 42 years were not very happy.So who do we blame? I feel we should be compensated for this inconvenience, let’s see .

First, the virtual key is not an option as their management company doesn’t allow? Then why is it a suggested way to check in? Someone’s dirty towel is hanging in the bathroom. ***** hair in bathtub! Food and ? coated on the wall by the bed. Was my room even cleaned? Charged additional 25 at check in for incidentals? I would never recommend and this was under “wonderful’ ratings! SMH

Clean, friendly, but occasionally weak breakfast
We frequently stay at this hotel on our trips to see family in Pittsburgh. We've always been impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Typically, the continental breakfast is quite good. Sadly, on our most recent visit (Aug 2025), the breakfast was very poorly stocked. No sausage, eggs, milk, or a handful of other items. The only thing still stocked well was the waffle maker, so that's what we ate. We hope this is not indicative of a trend. We'd love to keep staying here!
押金退款快，早餐种类多，房间隔音也不错，就是没有厨房只有微波炉和冰箱有点可惜
入住很方便，早餐选择丰富，房间干净，地理位置也很好。
还可以，酒店早餐也不错，门口可以停车，就是房间不能做饭，附近就是商圈，比较方便，总体来说还是不错的！
房间很干净，酒店员工也很友善。设施不错。周围有很多餐厅，还有一个大型超市，非常方便。
酒店早餐还可以，房间空调有点吵
关键是水感觉洗了身上滑腻腻的，不知道加了什么
