Nice area. No house keeping at all. We stayed there four nights. Had to put towels and trash in the hallway. The guy at front desk gave us towels and trash bags and told us he didn't have anything to do with house keeping. The bathtub was stopped up and nothing was done about it. I was very disappointed with the service. Kind of ruined my vacation.

Nice Hotel. Good Location.
My wife and I stayed here while visiting our son that lives in Charleston. Nice hotel and with a good location.

房间又大又干净，还有大冰箱，厨房，洗碗机，微波炉，锅，碗，餐具🍴什么都有，早餐也吃的很健康，这次体验非常棒的，出门就能买，买，买地段也好，这个价很值得的。👍
地毯从床边到浴室都有隆起，存在绊倒的风险；厕纸架和浴室踢脚板也修补得很差。房间隔音效果不好，我们能听到楼上整晚走动的声音，隔壁房间的电视早上6点半就开得震天响。早餐不错，效率高，而且每天都有变化。前台非常热情，我们遇到的所有员工都很友好。但我们对万豪酒店的房间品质仍有更高的期待。
对于家庭出游来说，这是一个很棒的选择。价格实惠，房间干净，包含的早餐也不错，设施很好，而且员工非常友好和乐于助人。
我预订这家酒店是因为房间里有设备齐全的厨房，而且我计划每晚都自己做饭。我打电话到酒店确认房间里确实有为一家四口做饭所需的一切，酒店方面回复说有。
我们到达酒店后，被安排了房间，打开一半的行李后发现炉灶的把手坏了，灶台也坏了。我们重新打包行李，然后被安排到一间有能用的灶台的新房间。然而，房间里唯一的烹饪用具是一个非常小的锅和锅盖，我可以用一只手拿起来。
第一天早上在酒店吃的早餐还不错，因为是周末，早餐包括饼干、粗燕麦粉、华夫饼等等，这样我们一家人都有东西吃。可惜的是，早餐只在周末提供，而我在预订这家酒店之前并不知道这一点。酒店没有饼干、华夫饼、粗燕麦粉，而且橙汁连续两天都没有供应。我们每天在那里吃的“炒鸡蛋”都没煮熟。
我和我丈夫都感受到了大多数员工的粗鲁服务，只有为我们办理入住的年轻女士还算专业，而且似乎知道自己是在工作。我丈夫向前台要浴巾时，她叹了口气，因为她当时正在打电话，而且因为不得不停止私人谈话而显得很不高兴。我不得不向前台要泳池毛巾，那个男人也同样如此，而且一直在打电话。
总的来说，一切都很棒。工作人员非常友好，早餐种类丰富，味道不错。但是房间太小，住不下四个人。
