They canceled our hotel at the last minute, refused to give us our money back and put us up in a cheap hotel in the middle of town. We paid for a 5 star hotel in a unique property which was once a monastery. They notified us the day before that they were closed and would not give us our money back. I am so disappointed in ******* for not supporting us and making sure we were refunded our payment.

This hotel is truly unique and I would highly recommend staying here, for me our stay was faultless. The hotel is set in a historic monastery with the restaurant inside a cave with spectacular views across the sea & along the Amalfi coast. All of the staff were superb especially Italo, Vincenzo & Franco (who drives the shuttle bus). The food which was cooked by the hotel chef was fantastic, no menu just what is fresh that day! The shuttle bus runs regularly too & from Maiori so there is no need to worry about how to get to the town or back from it. Also, the beach club associated to the hotel is fantastic with great staff, food and drinks!! This really is a speail hotel, you won’t regret booking it!

What a fantastic hotel to cover everything you want in a holiday views out of this world must experience in real life as no photo can capture .Hotel have a shuttle bus to drop and pickup up so that's relaxing.lots of stairs so not the best if you have walking difficulties .Breakfast is a self service and is a mix of sweet and savoury . Staff are all lovely and will help with everything if you ask .Me and partner had a fantastic stay and it was great after a day exploring to return to the hotel for a peaceful relaxing night so delighted to have stayed in such a delightful hotel and hope to return one day .

必要前提：我还没有机会入住这家酒店，今天早上我联系了酒店以确保其允许携带服务性动物。事实上，我会带着一只小狗旅行，由于我的身体不舒服，它经常由专家进行检查，并会陪伴我到处走：教堂、博物馆、飞机、各种建筑。在向接电话的那位好心的先生解释了一切之后，我非常失望地被告知，该机构原则上不会接受我的服务性动物。这对我来说太糟糕了，因为我不能留在那里，而对他们来说，他们也被证明是非常具有歧视性的。
