The young lady at check-in had the personality of a rock. She never made eye contact. She should not be working with the public. Otherwise, the hotel was clean but the pillows were terrible.

At check-in the front desk representative was not very friendly she made us wait while she was catching up on Gossip with another worker. The overall cleanliness was good I spent four nights and did not have any other issues breakfast was good the breakfast staff was great very friendly and eager to help wasfantastithestthe

There was an issue with checking in.
There was feces smeared in the bathroom wall and around toilet paper holder. Communication with hotel staff was very poor and inconsistent. Other than that it was quiet and a comfortable stay.

This hotel is a great location to stay in Mount Pleasant, SC. This hotel is conveniently located to shopping and Isle of Palms beaches. The parking lot has plentiful spaces. The hotel is well maintained. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
