I like the staff they were very helpful when I needed directions and went out of their way. The breakfast was fine and convenient. I loved Parking close to the door.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding, and the outdoor mall and shopping were in walking distance and had a lot of unique shops.

Mainly it’s okay. When I stayed, the orange juice machine and pancake maker was broken. The remote to open/close blind was out. I had to call the front desk to come and recharge it. Other than that the property was good.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great but my room was musty and dusty. The couch had a stain on it that I cleaned off with a wet rag and the smell of the bedding was awful. For $250 per night, I expected way more.

The room was not very clean. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom and stuck to the shower walls, crumbs and small garbage around bed areas.

Lots of misses
Clean hotel. Friendly staff. But lots of misses on other things. Air conditioner ratted all night. HBO buffered constantly and was unwatchable. They ran out of lobby coffee in the morning. So three stars. Doesn’t meet the price point.
