This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The architect and designer did a great job, and the staff keeps everything in pristine condition. I loved the mountain view and air. The restaurant was wonderful.

Very good experience at hotel snow valley heights shimla. Property is well maintained and room are very clean as expected.Staff is very humble and professional.The view is very very beautiful from the balcony. Lucky to witness the snowfall during the stay.Food is amazing. Must try once

It was our first experience at hills queen Shimla and we are so excited to witness the snowfall first time.Due to heavy snowfall our vehicle got stuck badly we called the hotel for help as we are with kids the hotel staff reacted immediately and send his team for help.We have seen other people calling to their hotel for help but due to heavy snow fall people are not able to reach upto them we are so lucky that we choose snow valley heights. General manager Mr.Kuldeep sharma came himself to rescue us from the situation and drives our car and take us to the hotel safely. Not only us he helped many guests to reach at the hotel and people are thanking him for his hospitality and helping nature. The *** is a asset to the company. Location of the hotel is very beautiful .Staff is excellent and very helpful Food quality is very good.Cozy,Neat and clean rooms with modern amenities.Will definitely come again

It was amazing experience from checkin to checkout. Food quality was very good enjoyed every thing. Rooms are also too good with excellent views of shimla. Very well maintained and clean property. Location is also good can be reached easily without hassle. Bonfire was amazing experience in chilling weather of shimla. Special thanks to Dinesh Kumar & Manjeet for amazing hospitality and service.
