We had a great stay at Snow Valley Heights Shimla. The hotel was very clean and the crew was super responsive and helpful. The ambience was great, and the view was amazing. What really stood out was their exceptional service, when my brother-in-law fell sick and was admitted to the hospital, the General Manager (Mr Kuldeep) personally attended to us and was incredibly kind and supportive throughout. Kudos to the whole team for their professionalism and warmth

The snow valley heights is one of the best place to stain shimla for all kinds of visitors.The rooms are very clean and comfortable.The staff is very friendly specially Mr. Kuldeep the manager of the hotel .He helps a lot in every manner and makes our stay a memorable one at the place.The best hotel in town we can say.
