这家酒店位置便利，交通便捷，房间整洁设施较全，早餐丰富有特色，服务友好高效，虽个别房间空间小，整体很适合商务或中转停留。
酒店在杜塞尔多夫主火和闹市区的河对岸，距离市中心比较远，但是有U-bahn直达。酒店附近餐馆较少，点外卖的可选的少很多，很多距离太远点不了。距离1km左右有一个netto超市，步行12分钟。酒店楼下有个健身房。早餐不错，属于德国快捷酒店早餐正常水平。
第二次住这个酒店，前台那位男士非常友好，早餐还算丰富。也就住了一晚，每次在杜塞只是短暂的停留，没有太多的印象。
如果我们是多人出行，这酒店是理想之选。我们订了一间有四张高低床的房间。所有地方都很干净，设施也很好很现代化。下次我还会选择这家酒店。
非常干净，舒适，特别安静。周围环境也安静。晚上很晚才到，到时凌晨12:30，前台热情周到。告诉我U77离这里步行5、6分钟。U76步行12分钟。洗澡水很大。特别是早餐丰盛，水果沙拉尤其赞！就餐环境也好。希望有机会再来杜塞尔多夫继续做这里。早餐工作人员好像是来打工的中国学生，很亲切。
房间宽敞、现代且干净。早餐包含在房价内，种类丰富，每个人都能找到自己喜欢吃的。如果不是因为以下两个不太令人满意的地方，我本会给这家酒店满分。
电视遥控器没电了，我不得不从10楼下到前台处理。然后到了晚上，隔壁房间的灯或传感器出现故障，整晚都有闪烁的光线照进我们房间，把房间照得很亮。我因此被吵醒，根本睡不着。酒店也无法提供解决方案（没有其他房间可换，维修人员要等到早上6-7点才来）。这对我来说是完全不能接受的。
位置很方便，设施也很好，还可以免费寄存行李，早餐很好吃，服务非常好，交通很方便，门口就有电车站，下次还来
这么高的价格，房间里面连张办公的桌子都没有，也没有人打扫房间的卫生，连瓶水都要自己下楼去买。也没有烧热水的壶，也没有餐巾纸。最坑人的酒店了……
