Excellent room & staff! Breakfast could have been better per the cost of stay. Oatmeal was too watery. Water could have been provided in lobby as many hotels do. Location was Excellent!

It was a good place to stay. Although I think they need to clean the upholstery in the rooms, the chair and couch didn’t look clean. The staff was very friendly.

Excellent stay
The room was very clean, the staff came in and made the beds and restocked the items as needed. Super friendly staff and they gave us a condolence card for our loss. We were in town for a sick relative and returned for the funeral and rebooked directly through the hotel

I enjoyed my stay. Only issue is there was a sound every single night that sounded like a key card tying to access my room. I think someone's do not disturb sign was flapping on their door from the AC. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Ren was not happy.
We asked for fresh towels and trash to be emptied. Room service knocked on door early, I said we where leaving soon, they never gave fresh towels or emptied trash. Both rolls of toilet paper were almost empty when we checked in. So we ran out, went down to front desk and spoke with Ren, asked for fresh towels, and a couple rolls of TP, she would only give me one. I decided to go out and purchase toilet paper over trying to beg for it. Everyone else at the hotel was very good except for her.

Not the best.
Clean and friendly staff. Toilet leaked everytime you flushed it and soaked the floor. The television quit working several times. Other then that all was good.

Musty room, otherwise good property
Front desk staff was friendly. Lobby and room seemed clean, but my room smelled musty and bad, like sweat. Location was good, free parking and close to a river walk park.
