This property is in outskirts far from hustle bustle of city..very cool and Clam!!! Staff is very cooperative and very helpfull special thanx to mingma ,Priyanka, anisur and chef Santosh they made sure we have proper jian food and took care of every minute details. Must visit if u want a Clam and tranquil ambience!!!

Vivanta Pakyong is a well-maintained property with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the staff is generally very courteous and helpful. A special mention to Pubyang, who was extremely warm, attentive, and made a genuine effort to ensure a pleasant stay. Some members of the team, however, seemed new and did not have complete information, which led to minor gaps in service. The breakfast spread was good with decent variety, and the wait staff at the restaurant was excellent — prompt, polite, and attentive. That said, the hotel’s location is quite secluded, and the approach road is a major drawback. It takes around 30 minutes from the main road, and the road condition is poor and appears to have been under construction for a long time. This significantly affects accessibility and overall experience. The property itself is neat and well kept, and the rooms are spacious. However, considering that we stayed here on Christmas Eve, the decorations and festive lighting were quite underwhelming and did not match the occasion. This review is written while comparing the stay with Mayfair, where we spent the first couple of days. Mayfair is better located, has superior food, a more impressive property, and a much better overall ambience. Given that Vivanta’s pricing is similar to—or even higher than—Mayfair, the value for money here feels lower. Additionally, there isn’t much to do within the hotel, especially for families. Feedback & Suggestions: • Improve the approach roads • Revisit pricing to better reflect the overall experience • Introduce more in-house activities, especially for families Overall, Vivanta Pakyong has potential, but improvements in accessibility, pricing, and guest engagement would significantly enhance the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Vivanta at Pakkyong. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Anisur and Hemant for serving us so well and making our overall experience so great. All the best to the Vivanta team.
