I went to hotel aroma inn with my family ,and it gave us excellent family -friendly servies .the satff was amiable and consistently mode sure i was comfortable. i will stay there when i come back....................................................

It is one of the worst experience with Aroma executive hotel The peopls are not upto their words. Just because of few rupees they denied our booking. The way these people are talking is very much disappointing. Now we are looking somewhere for booking

Food and ambience was very good. Hotel was Very clean and maintained. Rooms also fresh. staff is very Polite and warm.... Room service was very good.... Manager was very welcoming and happy. All was very good … very tasty food.... I will. Definitely Go next Time whenever i will be in aurangabad

We arrived late in the evening after a long train journey and had pre-paid for two nights, otherwise we would have walked out and found another hotel. It was shockingly dirty - we expected simple and basic, but this was not just run-down, with battered furniture and doors and walls. Everywhere was filthy - the room floor not even swept and covered in hair, dirty wash basin, bathroom. And the public areas e.g. the lift and corridors also need deep cleaning. With only one full day in Aurungabad to see the Elora and Ajanta caves, we didn’t want to waste time finding another hotel and moving, so stayed with gritted teeth. We passed on breakfast- if the rooms were dirty, what would the kitchens be like? Disgraceful state. But sadly it would be relatively easy to make this a basic corporate hotel with CLEANING.

Aroma is friendly hotel. Humble staff. Good arrangements. The owner personally met me to check how the arrangements were. Well groomed staff. Young and polite. Check in was smooth and fast. Cleanliness is maintained.

We booked this hotel for a night ..it was very comfortable stay . The staff members are very polite and helpful. they helped us get settled down. The room was good but could be done better with towel quality.

Very comfortable stay. Neat and clean property with courteous staff. Very organised and systematic management. Rooms were well maintained, huge, confy, cleaned and sanitized regularly. The staff of the hotel was friendly. Services offered by the hotel was great. Food was very tasty and hygienic as well. Would recommend visiting here.

Hotel is very well maintained by treebo hotel management and it's staff. It is very clean and neat. Hygiene standards are maintained as per government standards to avoid spread of COVID. We had a pleasant stay.
