Well priced quiet hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Water is filtered and hotel provides additional in room filtered water. Shower always had warm water. Room was spacious with complimentary chocolates, in room slippers, and cold drinks. Hotel has backup generator, useful in a town with frequent brownouts. WiFi was excellent, on sight breakfast was great, dining area and pool were never crowded. Partnered restaurant provided excellent food, a lot of variety and reasonable prices

The staff were lovely, friendly especially the ladies on reception. HOWEVER this was overshadowed by the fact that the owner of this hotel was hosting a party of people (who I can only assume were his family) who came on day 2 of my 5 day stay, they were there for the rest of my stay sadly. I counted 17 of them. This hotel is extremely small so they literally overtook the place. The pool/chill area in this hotel is very small and they took over the whole pool and did not make me feel welcome at all. I noted as one girl who had been in the pool for a while got out shortly after this party of people got in the pool. She clearly felt uncomfortable!! One morning I woke up to go have breakfast only to find this unwelcome party of people spread out on every single table!!! I was so shocked. No room for anyone else. If they were a friendly bunch I would not have minded but they were not. When I smiled at them, they would literally just stare.I almost felt like I was imposing in their home. It forced me to be out of the hotel as much as I possibly could just to avoid them. Extremely rude, arrogant and entitled people! I will add that the owner is lovely and welcoming…he should show his guests how to be the same!

Stepping into Muni Muni Villas, right in the heart of General Luna, feels like finding a secret spot that's both laid-back and stylish. This place isn't right on the main drag, which is great because it gives off a more secluded, personal vibe. What really grabs you about this place is the look and feel. It's like every corner has its own story, with cool art and design touches that make it stand out. The rooms are snug and comfy (that does not mean small, though!), although they could do with a luggage rack. But let me tell you, the standout feature here is the staff. These folks are amazing – always there to help, super friendly, and make you feel totally at home. They go the extra mile to ensure your stay is nothing short of awesome. While the villa has a pretty neat selection of food from all over the world, the chill atmosphere and the team’s top-notch service make it a real winner. Whether you're lounging by the pool, grabbing a bite in the dining area, or hitting up the local spots on Tourism Road, Muni Muni Villas has got the perfect mix of relaxation and cool vibes. It's an ideal spot for couples or anyone looking to escape the usual tourist traps. Muni Muni Villas isn’t just a place to crash – it's a whole experience, blending great design, comfort, and the friendliest staff you could ask for.

Located in the fringes and quiet area of Tourism Road, the resort’s main gate is partly hidden and not precisely on the main road. Once you enter, you are greeted with a charming reception area revealing a pool at the very end of the walkway. The cozy resort has only a few rooms, which makes it very intimate. We spent a reasonable amount of time at the pool and dining area on our first and last days, and we had the place to ourselves for the most part. The standard rooms were comfortable, although some amenities needed to be added, like a luggage rack or at least some drawers to keep clothes (in the absence of a stand). Other than that, the room was sufficient. The kitchen serves a few breakfast selections (all good) and only a few dinner selections (we ate out during our entire stay). Bars and restaurants on Tourism Road (some close to the resort, some a tricycle ride away) were plenty and were great caps to our day. The best thing about the resort is its ever-so-helpful staff.
