A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice.
They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.

The location is quite exclusive and clean, the staff very cordial, the food quite reasonable to the palette (good breakfast spread), the pool very clean and the proximity of the resort to many good tourist destinations in and across the state borders. All these make this resort a place worthwhile to relax...

had a pleasant stay at Tea Terrain Resorts. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and offered great value for the price we paid.
We especially enjoyed the chicken fried rice – it was delicious! The rest of the food was pretty decent too. The pool was clean and refreshingly cold, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and well-maintained.
The resort has good parking facilities, and the access road to the property was smooth and much better compared to many other resorts in the area.
With the lovely climate and relaxing atmosphere, it was a wonderful experience overall. I’ll definitely recommend Tea Terrain Resorts to friends and family!

Tea Terrain Resorts and Spa offers a wonderful escape into nature, with plenty of activities to enjoy right on the property. The resort features a serene sunrise spot, a charming fish pond, and walking paths, making it ideal for guests who want to unwind and explore at a leisurely pace.
The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and extremely comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet is another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day on the right note.
However, do keep in mind that the property is quite remote, with not much nearby except for stunning views and tranquility. If you’re looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect spot, but it might not be ideal for those wanting easy access to shops or restaurants.
Overall, Tea Terrain Resorts and Spa is a great choice for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat with excellent amenities.

Property is surrounded by tea plantation and the outside look of the property is really good, but there is no activity or nature walk from property. Rooms are pretty plain against the tariff they charge. Faced issues with bed bugs and lights flickering. Frequent power cut is also noticed but not for long time. Activities mentioned are only for the sake of it. No availability of Spa person. Outdoor games poorly maintained. Pool is not temperature controlled which actually should have been looking at climate here. Only activity is to walk to the only watch tower they have and the view from it is also okayish. Would NOT recommend the stay for the cost they charge. We were the only people and property was completely vacant. So we didn’t enjoy the buffet breakfast, we had to order from breakfast menu. Also as informed to us that not much people travel to this resort in weekdays. So generally property is completely non occupied. So overall experience is not good against the tariff we paid.

Whilst staff were friendly, their lack of proper English was not supportive. This resort is of the beaten track and costs of taxi to get to and from the resort are hideous. This should be noticed if you look for a value for money option! The food was good, but the cleaning standards were not so great. We had to ask for another room as the room offered was quite moldy! Whilst in the middle of tea plantations, there are no tours offered. The resort also struggled to support with Thekkady related activities. All in all, a less than average experience for us. And I didn't mention several power outages at night.

酒店回复: Dear Jack,Greetings from Tea Terrain Resort & Spa. Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found our staff welcoming, and we apologize for any communication difficulties. Enhancing English proficiency among our team is a key priority to ensure smoother interactions with our guests. We understand that our scenic, remote location in the tea plantations can involve added travel costs, especially with the nearest airport around 140 km away. We're also sorry that the initial room didn't meet your expectations and for any inconveniences due to power outages. We have a backup generator that restores power within 20 seconds during an outage. We're working on further improving our housekeeping standards and strengthening our infrastructure to make each stay more seamless. Although plantation tours & Thekkady excursions are arranged through local partners, we collaborate with reliable providers to offer these experiences for interested guests.Thank you once again for your valuable insights. We look forward to welcoming you back and delivering a more enjoyable experience in the future.Warm Regards,Team Tea Terrain.

The tea terran resort is a nice place to chill with your family amid-st the tea estates. Staff are friendly and we had gr 8 time in our pool villa. Our kids had a good time
