The room was clean, most of the staff were helpful, the breakfast left much to be desired. It had been left in the chafing dish way to long, and had started to be rubbery.

Exceptional place to stay. The staff were very helpful. The location was nice located right across the street from Walmart and less than a block from that was Sam’s Club restaurants located really close. In fact there was a restaurant we walked to from the hotel and eat Mexican food. We enjoyed the complementary water swimming in the pool being that is winter time. It was nice that it was inside. About 30 minutes or so from the beach where we collected seashells. We’ve stayed another hotels in the area and this one surpasses all the other ones I would recommend this to anyone.

Staff was great very friendly customer service oriented. One was clean. Everything was nice clean quiet I definitely will stay here again.

We tend to stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels for the quality rooms and free breakfast.
The breakfast was great, but very busy so food was empty at times. Servers did a great job refilling quickly.
Overall, this hotel was clean. Our room was clean, but many scapes in walls with missing paint, the wall mirror was hung crooked, painting on wall missing the glass in the frame, bathroom floor and shower had opportunities to be cleaned or re caulked. Not a deal breaker, but it definitely showed many signs of wear. Also- a smart TV in the room and no way to access the features.

When arriving front staff was excellent in greeting us. The accomodations was excellent facility clean. I would definitely recommend to others.

From the warm welcome to the pleasant checkout the Holiday Inn Wxpress in Jacksonville is fantastic! It’s clean quiet and very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was awesome and the tv is huge! Oh and don’t forget that there’s a lie rig in the room. Thank you for a great experience!

房间非常干净，毛巾质量很好，洗发水、护发素和沐浴露都用按压瓶提供，非常方便。我们住的是一间特大号床套房，房间非常宽敞，足够我们跳舞，和孙子孙女一起过圣诞节，还能在地板上和他们玩耍。泳池非常干净，早餐自助餐很棒，最重要的是，所有员工都非常友好、乐于助人、周到且专业。我们主要和安妮打交道，她简直是太棒了！说真的，她人超好。如果你正在寻找舒适、便利和干净的酒店，这里绝对是你的首选。他们让我们感觉就像在家里一样自在！
