Astha Vanita &lovpreet chef Mohit chef Stay is very good i requested for a special requests and they fulfilled them without contacting me. It's really a good experience to stay at a Himalayan range view point from room and awesome experience. Also we ordered Pomphet and they cooked well with soar and spice tasty. Overall we had a excellent experience with Radisson team also stay.

My husband Gautam and me stayed at kufri radisson for 3 nights in Jan 2026. We had a beautiful cozy room ,overlooking the mountains. The hotel is close proximity to the kufri market and an adventure park cum hotel. Lots of activities in the hotel too like the nature walk or picnic, art class etc. We had a beautiful stay as the food and ambience and staff were very friendly and prompt. We enjoyed every evening playing in the lobby area with the games and activities. The staff guided us to sight seeing of the mall rd in Shimla and other areas of interest to visit. We had fun with zip lining and other such adventures In The mountain In The nature. Overall we had a fabulous stay and thank everyone who looked after us. Thanking you , khushi Raheja.

Stayed in property for two days 22-24 Jan.This is fourth time i stayed here.Checkin was smooth..It was the time when massive snowfall happpend.Room were cozy enough..Despite so much adverse weather condition the staff did their level best in terms of services..Food was amazing.My wife felt shortness of breath and to my luck the staff even arranged oxygen concentrator and pulse oxymeter for my wife..My car was stuck badly in snow but the staff helped me their level best to clear snow from my car..i dont remember much names every person was very professional be it reception staff or the restaurant staff.Mr Rajwinder or Rajinder (dont know exact name)from security staff and one middle aged staff belonging to UP or Bihar likely.(I would love if u reward that guy)They did their level best to clear snow that day..It was because of their efforts we reached home safely.I owe so much regards and thanks to both of them and Whole staff of Radisson Kufri for being so much professional and hospitable.A huge round of applause for Radisson Kufri Staff..Will definitely stay with you everytime i visit Kufri👍..

Located about a 30 minutes drive (that is if you don't get stuck in the notorious hills traffic) away from Shimla, it's a small hotel not a resort. Good cozy and comfy rooms. Highlight is the tasty buffet breakfast spread ***** with great service and always smiling team forgot their names, chef Bhushan is always around asking guests about the food and any requirements. The valley view from the property is mesmerising.

I had a great experience at Radisson Kufri. The property is beautiful and well maintained, but the highlight of our stay was definitely the Front Office team. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, polite, and extremely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the team made sure all our requirements were taken care of promptly. They were always ready to assist with a smile and made us feel truly welcomed.

My experience at Radisson Kufri was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautifully located among the hills and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food quality was excellent and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The scenic view from the room was refreshing and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. It is a perfect place for families and couples. I would definitely love to visit again.
