The staff was very nice and accommodating to me and my granddaughters stay. The mattress was very lumpy. And you could hear the children in the room beside us all night long!! There was also a whistling sound when the heater ran, which kept me up off and on all night long

This was a very nice hotel…one of the best we’ve stayed at. And the bar was a bonus! Great place to enjoy a glass of wine.

The extra service of making the bed and putting the kids stuffed on the bed each day . Just a nice added touch that we haven't had at any other hotel in a long time

Our stay at the Hyatt on Polaris parkway was exemplary. The hotel and rooms were emaculate. The staff was so polite and attentive. We recommend this location to all staying in the area. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Room wasn't ready upon arrival (after check-in time). No breakfast food available either day despite more than one attempt and well before closing time. Brewed coffee was limited as well.

现代化、非常干净、设施齐全。就酒店而言，无可挑剔。位置方面，靠近购物中心，但步行不太方便。开车到哥伦布市中心大约需要20分钟。
