Siempre hay toallas y sábanas nuevas disponibles bajo petición.

Staff were super friendly. Only negative was there were only 2 washers & 2 dryers so it was hard to get to them to wash clothes with the amount of people staying.

The ice machine was down. At breakfast Sunday morning the coffee creamer was not stocked and the attendant was too busy chatting at the front desk to be bothered with restocking. There was a bloody used tampon just laying in the parking lot

It was perfect for our stay. The staff was amazing, friendly, & helpful. The weekend we were there we had some bad weather & the staff was great with sharing the emergency procedures/locations for tornado warnings. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and having the kitchenette was perfect for our needs! Overall, it was a great stay and will be back on our next trip to Nashville!

Shower was gross with mold in the corners. The shelving it’s that were above the sink were gross looked like they haven’t been clean in a while. Found some Tom and Jerry loony toons pajamas in one of the drawers from someone that stayed before. The stove look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Staff was friendly though.

Comfy but wouldn't recommend
When my wife made the reservation we were looking for a hotel that offered a kitchen in the room. When we got to the hotel and into the room we found out that the dishwasher didn't work and the dishes provided to the room were dirty.
