Not worth the money. There was no option to pay by card, we were told it's cos of the floods. We can't imagine how that could be affected by floods and also you can replace card machines within a day. They seem to be involved in some other unscrupulous activity by hiding their revenue. Flush doesn't work properly, rooms were very hot even with the AC, the phone doesn't connect to reception or anything. Says they provide butler service, we weren't given a way to contact the butler once in the room and the phone also didn't work. Staff needs training although they are very nice and obliging they lack training. There were no fans in the restaurant area and they blamed that too on the property being flooded. Well doesn't take more than a couple of hours to buy a new fan from arpico. They just seem to be running the property at minimal cost....not recommending at all and it is not worth the money they charge. Avoid

We visited Bolagala Agro Floating Resort in July 2025, and it was such a memorable experience! The resort offers a stunning and serene setting with beautiful views all around. The floating villas are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. There are numerous activities to enjoy, from kayaking and cycling to relaxing by the pool, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. A special mention to Butler Dilrukshi, who took great care of us and made us feel so welcome. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. If you’re looking for a unique getaway in Sri Lanka with great service, amazing views, and plenty of things to do, I highly recommend Bolagala Agro Floating Resort.

We had an incredible stay at and a big part of that was thanks to Himaya! She was our assigned butler and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. Her help in unlocking all the hotel's experiences and her wonderful care of our child allowed my husband and I to truly relax and enjoy everything, especially the fascinating cultural villages. Staying at this floating resort was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, special thanks to Nimasha for her exceptional hospitality. We spend a very good star in Bolagala Agro Floating Resort for a Day. The hotel is splendid worth beautiful floating gardens. Their staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful time with beautiful nature and food was delicious Good space for activities. Satisfied stay. Environment was pretty and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly,from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and ensured that everything was taken care of ,also the rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed all the meals... It was a new experience since it's a floating hotel and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!!!

请不要.....如果您想获得漂浮体验，这绝对不是您要来的地方....您可以预订去马尔代夫的机票，在那里呆一个星期，同样的价格您可以在这里呆一天，却什么也得不到...没有风景..没有海滩...甚至科伦坡佩塔的水上市场也比这个好...一切都价格过高.....酒店位于一个大型交换所...水又臭又浑...一点也不推荐，不不...不...
首先，到达那里非常困难.....道路状况不佳...距离城市非常远，距离尼甘布海滩约 20 公里...它并不像图片上宣传的那么美丽...似乎仍在建设中...请不要只看图片而陶醉...它都是经过编辑的...在观看设备的人眼中它很漂亮...这里的食物价格过高...不物有所值...而且它被技术化了...你在这里吃不到正宗的美食...甚至他们在这里提供的迎宾饮料也是用番石榴和咖喱叶制成的...谁想喝番石榴？？？这里的餐厅本身非常热，没法好好享受美食...我们吃的披萨还不错...唯一可以接受的是...服务很好...非常周到...而且没有酒，甚至没有啤酒需要从外面带...我们没有住在房间里，但是 10 个房间中有 30 个是可以使用的...房间本身非常小，没有按摩浴缸，没有风景，特别是没有海滩...没什么有趣的东西...不推荐，先生，一点也不推荐.......还有更多非常好的地方你可以去享受，非常值得，物有所值....这个地方只不过是一个骗局....请不要被照片迷惑，照片都是经过编辑的....
