even though it was late, i didn't like having to check in with a person remoting into a kiosk. it had an issue and couldn't dispense the room key. My room was too dark, and didn't have available outlets for my computer and medical equipment. i had to change rooms, but then i found bugs in the room. the sheets didn't look clean and were very thin. the room was also dark - poor light. the bathtub was painted with some paint that made it too slippery. for the first time in 40 years, i slipped on the shower and slightly hurt myself. it could have been much worse. there were no hangers on the clothes rack to hang my clothes. there were no cups for me to use with my medicine. i had to ask for everything. there were dogs in rooms making noise. The bathroom door was severely damaged. the heater was better than most as was the television. had to file a noise complaint on friday as they dont control it. the people who manage this facility should be fired.

I was a little nervous because of the reviews, but for this price point, it was a really nice place. It was clean but could definitely use a deep clean. The beds were firm and pillows were decent. No frills. The checkout was with a kiosk which was super easy and quick. This is not a fancy place but we weren't looking for fancy, we just wanted a clean, safe, cheap place to sleep and go and this definitely hit the mark.

I think only one person may have been on site and on duty my entire stay. Checking in was done remotely through a kiosk in the front lobby.
When I got into my room the smoke detector was giving the low battery chirp. I called the front desk and was put on hold for several minutes. Eventually I was connected to someone who was probably at a call center said they would pass my concern along to whoever was on duty. Nobody came. We could also hear a chirp from another smoke detector somewhere down the hall.
A non-smoking room doesn't matter much when people are smoking 15' from your back door and the hallway smells like smoke anyway.
We found the head to a cartridge razor under the bathroom sink. The wall switches and phone felt greasy. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and spots of grime on all the walls. The floor felt sticky, so we didn't walk around barefoot.
The bed was lumpy and listed to the side.
The exterior doors were all open to the public and one of our keycards stopped working halfway through the night.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. Now I know why they make you pay in advance with no refund! The lobby is the only thing that looks like the pictures The check in process was modern and sleek but that was it. As soon as we woke up the next morning around 7:30 am we packed up to checkout

Beds were so uncomfortable we left two days early and I was in pain for a week after.
