The staff was very nice. The floor had stains in the vinyl and the faucet in the bathroom needed repair. Overall, the room needed to be renovated.
It was quiet and we slept well, but we probably would not return.

Dirty and unkept!!!
Room wasn’t clean dead water bugs mattress stain microwave wasn’t working floor buckled in some places tv remote wouldn’t turn on tv I could go on on on spoke with a housekeeper she said owner don’t care about the cleanness of the rooms just do the necessities and get out basically so he don’t have to pay them the time of cleaning the room.. My family and I will not rerun to Cypress ie lemon tree ie Baymont inn TERRIBLE

This place should be shutdown. Extremely nasty. The rooms are filthy. The mattresses have a verity of stains on them. I’m sure few of the stains is blood. It was so bad. Health department was called. The lady working the deck was helpful at first but seemed to get unset because of the complaints. I understand this place isn’t a five star motel but there’s no way this should be open for business.

Unfortunately… this is probably the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and they were unwilling to fix their own issues. Beds were BEYOND disgusting and furniture in the rooms were broken. I usually never leave reviews because I can tolerate a lot. Did not stay in the hotel my entire family left (they did not give a refund) and we went to a much better hotel that was only about 2 miles down the road. Would not recommend this hotel.

Roach infested, the air conditioner did work or cool the room, the furniture cloth was molded & dirty. The water in the bathroom had no pressure not even enough to shower. Recommend ******* remove this property from its list immediately. Worse property i have ever experienced from *******

This place was dirty, horrible unkept and smelled like smoke. Our room had a used needle and syringe on the floor. It was definitely not a family hotel. Adult activities going on there. Never going back. We left after 30 minutes and didn't bother staying.
