So awesome. We spent $500 on retail in the Farmhouse to commemorate our trip because it was that great. We stayed at Susurros in December and had a fine experience, but this place blew pretty much every other hotel out of the water. Being walking distance to 30+ tasting rooms is an incredible perk. Christina in concierge is fantastic. Andrew the front desk manager is a stud. And we will definitely be back soon :)

Our small team visited for our yearly strategic meeting and everything from the rooms to the meeting space in the barn was a wonderful experience! We thoroughly enjoyed wandering the grounds, lingering in the evening by the fire pits, recharging solo in the cozy and beautifully curated rooms, and utilizing the spacious barn to focus in on our goals - all while experiencing attentive service and a seamless checkin/checkout process! We felt so taken care of and will look back fondly on the memorize made. It was the perfect opportunity for us to bond and recharge!

Fabulys stay at Matties Tavern. Great dinner and breakfast. Perfect rooms. Terrific service. Great location. Everyone should visit Demetri Winery while they are in Los Olivios! Have the Cuvee Sandra!

The location was beautiful and in the most desirable part of California. The room was amazing with the fireplace a lovely touch. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, helpful and just plain nice! The icing on the cake was the complimentary offering of the Mercedes Maybach that we had the opportunity to tootle around in! Great and unexpected experience!

Truly beautiful room with an amazing luxury country aesthetic. The bathroom was gorgeous and the bedroom was comfortable with excellent finishes. Really impressed by this hotel.
我们在马泰酒馆旅馆的住宿体验从头到尾都是一场彻头彻尾的灾难，原本应该是一次奢华的度假之旅，却变成了一场令人沮丧、肮脏不堪的折磨，几个小时后我们就不得不离开。我们花了4400美元预订了一间双卧室套房，期待的是一流的服务和住宿。结果，我们得到的却是无能、沟通不畅，以及一间脏得让人无法忍受的房间。麻烦甚至在我们抵达之前就开始了。我在路上打电话确认套房包含的专属泳池小屋的细节，正如他们在网站上宣传的那样。我联系的第一位员工弗吉尼亚完全不知道我在说什么。我不得不把网站上的内容逐字逐句地念给她听，她才勉强承认。然后她又把我转给了前台的汉娜，汉娜同样一无所知。我又把网站上的内容念给她听，她这才终于承认有泳池小屋。一家“豪华”酒店怎么会有员工对自己提供的设施一无所知呢？根据网站上的描述，房间还应该配备一辆专属的奔驰车，但办理入住时，没有任何工作人员提及此事。我们下午1点就到了，却被告知房间还没准备好，最晚要到下午4点才能准备好。他们让我们去泳池边的凉亭待一天，这倒是唯一一件符合预期的事情。但到了下午4点半，我们仍然没有收到任何关于房间的电话或更新信息。我不得不从泳池里出来，擦干身体，穿好衣服，然后走到前台，这才得知房间已经准备好了，也不知道过了多久。既然答应了通知，为什么又食言了？这是最基本的待客之道。真正的噩梦在我们终于到达房间后才开始。不到15分钟，我儿子就发现自己的脚底全黑了。我们检查了一下自己的脚底——情况也一样。我们每个人的脚底都脏兮兮的，黑得像煤炭一样，都是在硬木地板上走出来的。仔细检查后，很明显这些地板已经几个月没打扫过了。它们不仅脏，而且粗糙得像砂纸一样，比登山小径还难走。干净的硬木地板应该是光滑的，而不是像现在这样脏兮兮的。情况糟糕到我们根本没法走到床边，因为走着走着脚又会沾上污垢。洗完澡，出来，脚又脏了——如此反复。简直恶心透了。我打电话给前台投诉，他们派了维修经理过来，他竟然厚颜**地坚持说地板“确实打扫过”。真的吗？那为什么我们的脚都黑乎乎的？扫地根本不够——硬木地板需要拖地，显然，他们偷工减料了。他那些空洞的保证对我们脚下这堆污垢毫无作用。这时，我开始怀疑这家酒店还有哪些地方偷工减料。如果连地板都打扫不好，那厨房和床上用品又会是什么样子？我可不想留下来一探究竟。这家酒店自称豪华酒店，但这就像把Pergo仿木地板称为“实木地板”一样可笑。它只是徒有其表。我们立刻就退房了。

酒店整体非常漂亮。庭院维护得很好，小屋和套房让人感觉温馨舒适。工作人员非常友好热情，尤其是前台。房间内部设计精美，空间宽敞。唯一对我们来说最大的缺点是酒店内的餐厅。食物非常令人失望。我们听到了很多好评，但似乎厨师换了，情况每况愈下。很遗憾，我们没能吃完。餐厅的环境很有潜力。如果食物能和度假村其他地方的一样好，我强烈推荐您来这里。
