酒店位于下龙湾附近，交通很方便。附近就是一家规模中等的商场，采买物质方便，但吃东西的地方太偏咯。酒店本身的设施完善，如果有窗体就更佳。
刚到的时候，酒店大堂在9楼让我们有点困惑。
但除此之外，一切都很棒！视野绝佳，员工超级友善又乐于助人。早餐很丰盛，我们住店期间需要的所有设施也一应俱全。对了，酒店里到处都是很酷的艺术品！
下次预订还会毫不犹豫地选择这里。
工作人员很友好，风景也超美。这已经是我第二次来了，以后肯定还会再来。
地理位置绝佳。员工乐于助人，非常有礼貌。是下龙湾性价比最高的选择。商用惠而浦洗衣机和烘干机对于长住客人来说简直太棒了。
餐厅的景色很美，床和枕头都非常柔软。有机会的话还会再来住。
设施新，很干净。跟照片一模一样，没有照骗。如果需要，工作人员会帮忙预订机场大巴。位置虽然稍微偏离市中心，但完全可以接受。
下龙湾市中心的酒店，离国际游船码头比较远在海峡的另一边需要花20～30RMB的价格（2025.02记录）打车过去。但是酒店周边是当地人生活区域，购物餐饮非常方便。预订时看携程上的地图酒店在海里，打电话给携程确认Google地图上是在岸上。
携程积分兑换的相当于人民币200+含早，早餐相当丰富，是越式和西式点餐形式我两种都要了，餐厅对着下龙湾看着美景用着早餐非常享受。
卫生，环境，服务：都给了满分就不评了。
设施：有点欠缺，全封闭的客房，通风情况不太好。去的时候是冬天唯一能开的只有热空调，通风那档开了也在加热所以感觉比较闷。可能其他季节制冷情况下会好一些。
酒店的前台反其道地设在9楼，必须先乘电梯上去再办理入住，起先没明白折腾了一下才上去办理了入住。
这次选择这个酒店让我有点失策，首先在一楼，就没有明确的指示牌写着接待在几楼，进了电梯都写了，但是写的是9—10，我上了10楼才发现是在9楼，虚挂了希尔顿名字，进去发现设施比7天还要简单，最要命的是第二天退房，直接说有没有结账，订房的时候都是携程收了，前台说没有收到钱，不给走，还要看付款记录，我说给了平台，要看银行付款记录。搞了大半天都不给走。最后拿出付款记录给她拍照。这样的酒店不会有第二次，入住率不好，我住的时候好像也就一两间房入住。

我和我的家人都超爱这家酒店！房间特别干净舒适，我每晚都睡得很好。工作人员也非常乐于助人，非常友善，而且特别体贴周到。如果我还有机会再来下龙湾，我一定会再次选择Sojo下龙湾酒店！！!
