Dear ITC Welcome Hotel Guntur Team, I would like to bring to your attention that the coffee machine in the room is not in working condition. This was the same issue during my last visit as well, and it’s disappointing that it still persists. As a coffee lover, not being able to enjoy espresso or Americano coffee during my stay is quite inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could arrange to have the machine replaced at the earliest. It was a lovely experience staying at Welcom Hotel by ITC-Guntur. Booking, checkin and out experience was smooth enough. Ranvijay-Front office manager helped me through all of it. I would recommend to stay at this place when next time in Guntur as it's city center. Their food is quite good.
