The staff and service were great. The only issue is if you book through a booking site and then use the pre register,it double charged my credit card. The the girl at the desk got it fixed her name is Heather was so helpful and got it resolved almost instantly. But you might look into your system

Room was clean. Would have been nice to have clean towels before 5 days & have trash emptied. We did empty trash daily. They were I. The middle of painting the outside so looking nice.
The laundry machines are very old but did what we needed. We have stayed there before and been very happy with it. We are a return couple who has stayed several times.

This hotel is a very nice moderately priced hotel, convenient to our conference location with a friendly and professional staff, breakfast included, free wifi and close up free parking.

Property personnel was nice and professional. Unfortunately, the first room we were in the 4th floor was filthy and smells very bad. We were moved down to the 3rd floor right away as soon we raise the complain. The room was a lot better, but the bed was not very comfortable. Thank you for the
