我们预订了一间水上套房，我很喜欢，不过需要注意的是，酒店只能乘船前往，有时会不太方便。通往酒店的路况很差，很多路段是土路，而且坑坑洼洼。从主路到酒店要花很长时间。目前酒店还没有游泳池，但我们听说他们正在扩建酒店，以后会增设一个。
这家酒店唯一值得称道的地方就是最初的热情接待，让人感觉温暖友好。可惜的是，之后的一切都急转直下。房间状况糟糕透顶——肮脏、发霉、潮湿，远低于基本标准。一切都显得疏于维护，亟需彻底翻新。这里不仅让人感到不舒服，更让人觉得不卫生。更糟糕的是，餐厅体验也差劲至极。我们被宰了一刀，感觉自己作为客人被占了便宜。我们感受到的不是热情好客，而是欺骗。我简直恨透了这里——它毁掉了我原本应该在蓝毗尼度过的美好时光。对于一个原本潜力无限的地方来说，这家酒店在各个方面都令人失望。除非蓝毗尼宫酒店进行大规模翻新并彻底更换管理层，否则我绝不会向任何人推荐它。
