We stayed one night while passing through Vernon. Our stay was fine; room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Staff friendly. Good location.
We were on the street side of the hotel and it was quite noisy all night with traffic and sirens. Earplugs are recommended. Hallway carpets could use a cleaning. The breakfast was basic; egg and sausage patties rubbery and bland (likely heated in microwave). Some flavoured coffee creamers and hot chocolate would have been nice. Overall it was a decent place.

The property is older, funny smell in the rooms, elevator very slow. Positive staff is friendly, and the breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

The staff here was incredible. This is a great hotel for the cost you pay. It is dated and you can hear a bit of noise so earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper.

Generally good. shower needs a bathmat as it is easy to fall. Pool/hottub room is not as easy to enter as it could be.
Facility was in a convenient location and quiet. Plenty of hot water.

我们非常享受这次入住体验。员工极其友好热情，乐于助人。酒店提供的早餐非常棒，一位年轻的服务员甚至在把鸡蛋放到自助餐台上之前，还特意到餐桌旁询问是否需要新鲜烹制的鸡蛋。真是太贴心了。泳池干净温暖，酒店位置也非常适合我们。下次我们还会选择入住这里。
