For the price of the room each night, I rate this quality inn as 'good'. I guess Fair is the right term here. Sheets were clean, tv worked, fridge in a cabinet, alarm clock. all the normal things one would expect. The floor clanked while traversing the room as though there were two steel plates under the carpeting, and I have never seen such a low toilet seat in my life, felt like it was barely a foot off the ground. Other than that comfy stay at the right price. As I told the lady at the counter on checkout: The breakfast nook was great and honestly was the best coffee I had in months! I would stay again, the complaint points were minor and only mentioned for thoroughness of my review.

The walls are thin. Lots of noise (voices etc)in the halls late into the night led to a poor nights sleep.

The hotel is easy to find, lots of restaurants around and walkable. The bed is comfortable and lots of pillows. It has a mini fridge and microwave, it’s too bad it doesn’t have a safe

We stayed one night while passing through Vernon. Our stay was fine; room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Staff friendly. Good location.
We were on the street side of the hotel and it was quite noisy all night with traffic and sirens. Earplugs are recommended. Hallway carpets could use a cleaning. The breakfast was basic; egg and sausage patties rubbery and bland (likely heated in microwave). Some flavoured coffee creamers and hot chocolate would have been nice. Overall it was a decent place.

我们非常享受这次入住体验。员工极其友好热情，乐于助人。酒店提供的早餐非常棒，一位年轻的服务员甚至在把鸡蛋放到自助餐台上之前，还特意到餐桌旁询问是否需要新鲜烹制的鸡蛋。真是太贴心了。泳池干净温暖，酒店位置也非常适合我们。下次我们还会选择入住这里。
