酒店很新,设施完善
在酒店入住期间,我们遇到了一些不便,严重影响了我们的体验。首先,入住时并非所有房间都已准备好。虽然我们被安排了房间,但不久之后,当我们已经入住时,另一个人也被安排到了同一个房间,这造成了尴尬和混乱的局面。
同一天,我们团队的一位成员不得不换房间,因为他房间的空调坏了,这表明房间维护和准备工作都做得不够。
此外,我们入住期间,把一些屏风留在了房间里,不幸的是,它们被偷了。当我们报告了此事后,酒店唯一的回应是一份声明,称他们不对被盗物品负责,并辩称保险箱就是用来存放物品的。然而,要求一个装满行李的箱子存放在一个小保险箱里,这简直是荒唐,更何况,盗窃行为可能是酒店自己的员工干的,酒店竟然不承担任何责任。
我们立即报告了这种情况,但直到我们离开后才收到任何有效的回复,一周后他们又给我们发了一封电子邮件,重申他们不承担责任。
至于服务质量,我们在那里的四天里,有三天汤都是冷的,服务非常糟糕。
我很荣幸入住贵酒店多次,其中最让我惊喜的莫过于自助早餐——这绝对是一次五星级的体验。
遗憾的是,最近一次入住,我感到非常失望。我觉得这次的早餐比之前的几次都差。种类、新鲜度和整体质量都达不到我的预期。
这真是太遗憾了,因为自助早餐一直是我选择贵酒店的原因之一。
因此,我决定在最近的一次商务旅行中不入住贵酒店。
