It’s a calm, clean hotel my room was beautiful they offer some coffee which I enjoyed they also gave money for my breakfast and lunch.

The best staff! You are greeted whenever you enter the hotel. I was there for five days in a work trip, and I never failed to get a “welcome back” at the end of the day. I do wish there was space in the bathroom to place toiletries. I also find it hard to believe that there have been no mishaps with that stool on wheels; maybe a mat under it would be a good idea. Rooms are kept very clean.

It was a good property with a nice restaurant but overall needed a little cleaning and fixing. I asked to not be on the ground floor because the area wasn't the safest and they said that because I booked with ******* that they couldn't change my room. The chain lock on the sliding door was broken (and quite frankly you could get in and out even with it on), the door to the room was really heavy and slam shut it you didn't hold it the whole time, there was a dirty washcloth on the patio chair, the sink didn't drain. All little things but overall made it not as nice an experience.
On the plus side, the restaurant was nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

English Hotel and Pepper Club
The TV and phone did not work due to a storm 3 days prior. I don’t know how long it took to fix as we had to leave for dinner res. They were fixed when we got be 3 hours later.
There was poop unflushed in the toilet when we arrived at our room.
I had asked for a Mountain View but got a view of the pool and restaurant.
The hotel is nice and rooms are very small but comfortable. There is lots of water available 24/7 and good coffee in the a.m.

我非常确定在我入住和离开期间有人进过我的房间。我办理入住后上了个厕所，然后就出门去见朋友了。我完全没动过床，床铺得整整齐齐，而且离开前我还拍了房间的录像。凌晨4点左右我回到房间时，发现床被人动过。卷枕被移到了床的中间，枕头的位置也乱了，床单和毯子也被掀开了，好像有人钻进被窝似的。我百分之百确定离开前我一次都没碰过床，所以这让我很害怕。我打电话要求立即换房，并拍了床铺凌乱的照片。我向三位工作人员报告了此事，但管理层没有就此事给我发邮件或打电话。所以我打电话和一位经理谈了这件事，他只是告诉我他们查看了钥匙记录，没有发现我离开期间有其他人进入过我的房间。我随后请求返回酒店查看我房间的监控录像，但我的请求被拒绝了两次。酒店至今仍未就此事做出任何真诚的道歉或补偿。我确信在我离开期间有人进入过我的房间，否则床怎么会自己乱了呢？他们不允许我查看监控录像，这让我更加确信我的说法。在我离开期间，有人进入过我的房间。
