我们在这家华丽的酒店享受了一个美妙的夜晚！这是我带着十几岁的女儿们的一次短暂假期之旅。酒店设施一流，装饰精美，景色和地理位置都绝佳。我们很喜欢大堂里的钢琴师，入住时的欢迎饮品，便捷的代客泊车服务，以及在离开前我们逛市中心时可以寄存行李。总的来说，员工都非常友好，只有少数几位表现平平。房间里有很多座位，这很好，床底还有柔软的毯子，尽管毯子看起来有点脏，上面有些污渍，所以很遗憾没法用。我们喜欢在壁炉旁休闲，也能步行到美丽的河边风景、很棒的购物场所和餐饮选择，比如 Gather GVL 美食广场和 Marble Slab 的冰淇淋。我很兴奋酒店外面可爱的小型假日市集也开着，我们可以逛逛，买些香气扑鼻的节日蜡烛。Between the Trees 的早餐非常棒——强烈推荐煎蛋卷和蓝莓松饼！

Loved the location, attention to design details in all spaces, complimentary cocktails and delicious lunch in hotel restaurant. Really used the swamp rabbit trail right outside…

We had a bumpy start ias the room wasn’t ready an hour after check-in time and we had reservations that we needed to get ready for. But the hotel itself is stunning. Amazing attention to detail! Very open and spacious and warm. Would absolutely go back!

Really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous hotel! The check-in was easy and we were greeted with a delicious Halloween drink! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Really loved the ambience overall. The art displayed and jewelry were beautiful! We had a beautiful view of Falls Park. Definitely recommend this hotel!
