It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good with options for everyone

Happy with my stay
I enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet, safe, clean and relaxing. Housekeeping did a great job, although they replaced my towels every day even though I didn't ask for that. Bed was a bit soft, but I just prefer firmer. Nothing wrong with the mattress. I still slept great because it was so quiet. I'd stay here again.

When checking in the staff wasnt very friendly. However every other employee greeted us with a smile.
Room was clean and comfortable. The wall unit for the ac didnt seem to actually control the temp as we set it on 70 and it never came down from 73.

This property is amazing. So comfortable, clean & close to the Grand River Valley wineries. Will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Everything, I mean everything, about our stay was great. The room was clean and well-lit, the water pressure and temperature were good, the bed was very comfortable, the AC in the room worked well, every staff person we encountered smiled and spoke to us.
The only reason I didn't give the hotel five stars was the breakfast. Although I saw several people eating breakfast, my first try was enough for me not to go back. The eggs were watery and had no flavor, the turkey sausage had no flavor, the quiche was runny on the inside. This was not a deal breaker for us as we usually don't eat breakfast at our hotel but I woke up craving a muffin, which they had none, and there were other breakfast options out on the main road.
We would DEFINITELY stay there again, breakfast or not.

The hotel had no power overnight on Friday evening. Therefore, no amenities could be used, had no air-conditioning, and lastly, the included breakfast was not available. Communication was subpar from the staff regarding the power issue.

我们提前在傍晚时分在线预订房间时，要求入住靠近电梯的房间，但当我们到达房间时，它离电梯却尽可能地远。不知道是不是我们晚上9:30抵达时只剩下那间房了，还是怎么回事。酒店看起来不像住满了人。我们没有抱怨，因为不想麻烦搬动行李。此外，包括这家酒店在内的许多 Fairfield 和万豪酒店现在都安装了很低的马桶。这可能对孩子来说很好，但对于膝盖不好，但又不算“残疾”的老年旅行者（这在旅行群体中占了相当一部分）来说，这很成问题，因为上下马桶很困难。更高的马桶或者在所有浴室里都安装扶手会更好。
