We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff were nice, views were great, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Our stay was great, staff is friendly, the restaurant and cave bar have great food and it’s relatively close to the airport. There were only a couple reasons for the 4 star review which were I had to call for towels/washcloths a couple times; after the room was cleaned, they were not replaced. Also the concierge was great in helping us with a couple excursions but in looking to go to north and middle Caicos they said they had to look into this and asked to give them an hour to explore options and they would give us a call. They didn’t call back until an hour before the excursion was to leave the next morning. Also get trip insurance because if you miss a day they will not work with you. Overall a nice secluded place to stay.

酒店本身很漂亮，房间设计也很精美。酒店确实很有潜力，但如果能对员工进行更新和培训，将会大大提升服务水平。不幸的是，我们的退房体验尤其令人失望，因为我们被错误地指控损坏了电视。虽然最终问题得到了解决，但这给我们留下了非常糟糕的印象。
值得庆幸的是，总经理真正了解酒店服务之道，并且懂得如何优先考虑客人的需求。总而言之，一旦员工更加成熟，服务得到提升，岩石屋酒店完全有潜力成为一家真正的五星级酒店。
酒店环境、房间、景色、无边泳池和海滩都非常棒。酒店提供免费水上活动。员工非常热情周到。房间宽敞干净。酒店只有一个餐厅（Vita）和一个休息区（Cave Bar），考虑到酒店的规模，这实在令人遗憾。菜单选择不多，价格却极其昂贵，Cave Bar 的食物也一样，这让人很失望。早餐免费，这算是一个优点，但之后午餐和晚餐至少要花费 100-150 美元。我们预订了最后一晚在 Vita 的晚餐，结果花了 250 美元。一份提拉米苏竟然要 19 美元！他们每天只提供一罐水。唯一能买到“零食”的地方是宾客体验商店，但下午 5 点就关门了，而且只有多力多滋、品客薯片和什锦干果。最近的杂货店距离酒店大约 15-20 分钟车程。交通也很贵。即使是两人同行，他们也按人头收费。所以往返酒店（当然是在短途范围内）每人大约要 17 到 20 美元。酒店会发邮件通知你交通安排。千万别被邮件误导，他们不提供出租车服务。下飞机后，你可以向酒店工作人员询问拼车事宜，拼车费用是每人 12 美元。他们给我们安排了一辆黑色轿车，结果酒店收了我 90 美元！所以一定要仔细核对最终账单。
我通过*******预订了这家酒店，价格与标价一致。但抵达后，酒店却额外收取了900美元，理由是“万一我们在酒吧点餐”，外加每人每晚150美元的额外费用。这些费用在预订协议和*******的房源信息中均未提及。
当我告知酒店工作人员协议中没有这些费用时，他们承认：“我知道，我们会在客人抵达后告知。” 这完全无法接受，而且非常不方便。他们甚至在我们支付了额外的1350美元之前都不让我们入住。
