每回去巴黎都会选择入住这个酒店
酒店地理位置优越，离地铁站只有几分钟的步行路程。所有的员工都很友善有礼。Bonnie餐厅非常棒。
地理位置在塞纳河边，步行去玛黑区大概15分钟，但到哪里都需要打uber20欧左右，优点是：很新，房间不算大但设计很不错。
服务：大堂工作人员服务一般，有点mean，帮忙巴黎寄到波尔多一个童装，后来看快递费收了65欧，也没给任何收据。
等了超过一个小时才拿到给宝宝的牛奶，时间太久了。
我对这家酒店挺不满意的。从我们入住的第一天起，我们就开始询问是否能从第三晚开始升级到套房，因为我们总共要住四晚。每天我们都问能否看一下套房（看看是否合适），但得到的借口总是经理很忙，房间稍后才有空（但我们从未能看到任何空房），等等。直到第三天我们再次要求升级套房时，得到的答复却是“不，套房都订满了”，完全没有后续跟进，沟通也很差。
再说房间本身，马桶冲水强得离谱，即使盖上马桶盖，水也会因为压力溅出来，这意味着马桶里的水会溅到马桶圈上……非常不卫生。
我们住的第三晚，淋浴喷头软管和手持花洒也松脱了；幸运的是，工程团队来得很快，并及时修好了。
整体服务挺好的，尤其是前台和送餐服务。就是房间打扫不是很仔细，有一天垃圾桶忘记清理，有一天抽纸用完了也没有替换，有一天浴室头发没有清理
这绝对是我在巴黎住过的最差的酒店。酒店服务很糟糕，我等了四个小时才办理入住。酒店员工根本不关心客人的行李，甚至连问候都没有。至于酒店设施：浴室一团糟，而且是男女共用的厕所。淋浴间的管道一直发出噪音，让人非常焦虑。这个价格的酒店怎么能这么差劲！
