I requested a quiet room well in advance of my stay (several months in fact). When I arrived at the hotel I found I was given a room at street level right next to the front door - possibly the noisiest room in the hotel. The banging shut of this automatic door made it impossible to stay asleep after 6am. I find it difficult to believe that Sonder couldn't have made more effort to allocate me a quieter room. When I tried to contact the hotel staff to change the room, I got either 'We can't find your reservation' or 'Oops something went wrong' (using either the Sonder app or the Sonder web page to send a message because this hotel did not have a physical reception. Both methods failed consistently - so frustrating). When I tried to call the hotel staff, no human answered the phone (I waited for 5 minutes, but that was enough when paying roaming charges). A couple of days later when I did eventually reach a human, I was told that the reservation system was having problems. The hotel was unable to change my room for a quieter one.

Booked this hotel weeks in advance, got a confirmation code for entry since there’s no staff or front desk. Arrived after midnight due to a late flight, and the code didn’t work. Contacted their agent, who said my reservation was canceled because they tried to charge more than the agreed rate and it didn’t go through. No warning, no communication—just left me stranded in downtown Seattle in the middle of the night. They refused to reinstate the booking or help in any way. Terrifying and unacceptable experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was very hard getting in contact with through the phone with a representative. The TV in my room wouldnt turn on and then one of the outlets in the room is faulty. I connected my phone charger and it created an electrical spark. Spark flames came out and I wasn't able to contact anyone for help. No elevator that I saw. It is a good location. Great location and the one staff person I ran into was nice, but otherwise the rooms were small and the issues I had with the outlet was the worst experience ever at a hotel. Didnt like its hard to get in contact with staff. My stay was 6/28/25.

Super clean, super tiny accommodations, but for the price ($145 plus tax in Us $) it met all my needs. The entry code and TV access was a little confusing, at first, but I got it figured out. Very cute and quiet neighborhood. Short walk , but uphill from the downtown core, walkable to the Space Needle etc.

This has been a great stay. The staff is super friendly, and they have been fully attentive to all of our needs. For example, before we stayed here, we used that chat to request a microwave to be placed in our room, and the day that we came in, the microwave was in our room, for which we are so grateful. There hasn't been a lot of noise outside, even though they currently have a Comicon. We're currently staying on the first floor; however, it's been very quiet for us, and it's also very clean. It doesn't give that nasty hotel smell. Thank you for your great hospitality.

结果给我住的是负一楼 也就是地下室
感觉被欺骗了！！！！
即使外面晴空万里 房间也照不到一丝阳光
非常压抑 不能退也不给换 我硬着头皮住了四晚
住了四晚 没有人来打扫过房间

1500多块一晚 住这样的房间 真是坑人！！！！
没有电梯 也没有前台值班！
对这次入住非常满意！房间很干净，位置也很好。
我们在网上预订这家酒店是因为它的地理位置和价格看起来不错，而且广告上说有停车位。但当我们到达时，才发现它实际上是一栋自助入住的公寓式建筑，根本没有停车位。打电话给客服后，我们被告知必须把车停在几分钟路程外的一个收费停车场。到了那里，我们看到一个告示牌，上面写着车辆必须在第二天早上7点前挪走，否则将被罚款。这意味着我们必须早起挪车。
酒店信息具有误导性，而且不诚实——如果我们事先知道是这样，绝对不会选择这家酒店。
更糟糕的是，酒店没有提供拖鞋或洗漱用品，房间也很小。我们勉强住了一晚，但绝对不会再来了。
因为这次预订，我和儿子吵了好几个小时——他甚至责怪我处理不好这件事。
