A clean and well managed property. Comfortable beds. Older bathroom fixtures but recently refreshed paint and flooring throughout. Good breakfast. We had an adjoining suite with noisy neighbors. The connecting door is not sound deadening. And if you are in the extended stay suites you may get unwanted cooking odor.

Our stay was amazing! The gentleman who checked us in (front desk) was so polite and friendly . He had a great sense of humor too! Location of Hotel was convenient too!

All on all the stay was great, the only issue i had was there are bedbugs. So having bites all over me made my sray not so good.

We're happy to hear your stay was great but was tarnished by your concern over bed bugs in the room. We take any complaints/concerns of bed bugs very seriously. I am rigorously trained on bed bug detection and the signs of them and just went and thoroughly inspected the room top to bottom but found no signs of bed bugs ever being in that room. I'm also surprised by your review coming 2 weeks after your stay with us because this is the first time we've heard of your bed bug concern. Typically someone would bring that concern directly to the attention of the staff and management as soon as possible but we have no record of you ever mentioning this to our staff. We pride ourselves on our stringent cleaning procedures and world-class customer service which is highlighted by our review scores and being ranked within the top 3 MainStay Suites in the country for the last 3 years. Thank you again for sharing your experience, although we're sorry we weren't able to curb your concerns while you were here with us.
