The place was beautiful. The only issue i had is vallet. They never parkers my car , and when i would ask for it , it would be in the same spot we left for it, staff never moved it and we would have to wait for the keys why they were just hanging out.

Customer Service was not good. Tim was rude over the phone. We called a few times. Made him aware room service hadn’t cleaned our room and it was day 3. We also called for towels a couple times and toilet paper. He said if I wanted it I needed to go down and get it. I asked why our room hadn’t been cleaned or if I needed to call and put in a request. He said “Alright! Alright!”. He didn't want to hear I guess. Do better.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly at check in and check out. Breakfast was delicious and had such a variety to choose from. The breakfast host was friendly and kind. We will definitely return and suggest this hotel to friends and family!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was on top of everything and kept people informed of when food would be getting restocked. They even came around and cleared plates. The location was perfect and walking distance to many sites and on site (non valet) parking was reasonable. The room was incredibly spacious and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a great stay for an event held in the area. Parking at Glass City garage was okay, but wish instead of having to do the valet service to have in and out privileges, you could do the same with a regular pass.

Staff was very nice, when I walked into the hotel all I smelled was sewage. The sewage smell was also in my room and I had to pay for parking. First mornings breakfast was really good, second morning the ham was very dry the potato pancake was soggy in the middle and hard around the edges. Not very good at all.
