Fantastic stay with my 3 kids. Parked in the garage next door for $15 over night. Extra bedding for the pull out couch was given at the check in desk right away. Everything was very clean and views were great

Hotel was great!! I did have a situation that I wasn’t informed that they ran out of 2 bedroom suites for the night but the manager was very accommodating to comp me another room on the same floor

Very nice room and staff was helpful when we needed help with a couple things. I was very impressed with the breakfast bar and the staff went out of there way to be polite and helpful.

我入住的三天里，酒店的空调坏了。我和家人从佐治亚州开车过来参加婚礼，住得非常不舒服。房间温度超过80华氏度（约27摄氏度），而且没有任何设施可以改善这种情况。酒店本身还不错，很干净，但就是很不舒服。
房间没有每日客房清洁服务。此外，没有纸巾，卫生纸基本用完，沐浴露和洗发水的容器也空了。大堂休息室的饮料不凉。广告上说的25美元/天的价格涨到了32美元。不过，我所有的投诉都得到了及时解决。

马桶冲不了水，那天早上我不得不去修。淋浴间里没有洗发水和花洒。折叠床里和沙发后面还有之前客人留下的粉色气球和粉色玫瑰花瓣。不过除此之外，这是一个美好而安静的夜晚。
套房很大，非常干净，代客泊车服务及时且乐于助人。空调坏了，不过前台的那位先生帮我拿了个箱式风扇。我还看到他们免费赠送了一瓶凉水，帮助客人降温。

两个厕所都有问题。一个漏水严重，我们根本没法用；另一个的卡扣/链条老是松开，每次冲水后我们都要修理。
