During my stay at courtyard by Marriott hotel in Mahabaleshwar, Mr.Kamal kumar was super helpful, took the charge on behalf of unresponsive cleaners, went over and above to make sure I get clean and tidy room. A huge shout-out to Miss.Gurpreet for begin such Amazing!!.. concierge.. Her hospitality skills + knowledge is excellent and her call to action response time is unprecedented.. Thank you for making my staying comfortable 🙏 Wishing all the best to such an amazing team hope to see them grow in their positions during my next visit at Marriott. The food ❤️ is as good as expected form a 5star hotel!... Would definitely recommend a stay with family, kids and friends❤️💯 FYI - make sure to ask the room pictures before you book, as they don't support the request for room change.

We are always delighted to be here in courtyard Marriott Mahabaleshwar… the service of Berries restaurant is on top class which has encouraged us to spend most of the timespend of this property is in here due to his service… we always ask to chef to make something different local dishes and he never failed… he always cook delicious dishes to us and the supporting staff name Ambika, Ellie and the live counter boys are very humble and punctual… they energy of this boys are awesome…. This is the best place to visit mostly times in Mahabaleshwar…😊

Great view! Good service. Specifically want to mention Kamal for his excellent service and welcoming personality for dinner in the room. Breakfast is the worst I have had in star (4, 5 star) hotels. The water in the toilet is recycled and stinks. In spa massage was not great.

I had a beautiful stay here for a few days. It was refreshing with great ambiance. The location is lovely and staffs were amazing to say the least.

我住的是2001号房。阳台正对着走道，如果坐在房间里，山景就会被挡住。我申请换房间，但不知何故没有获批。我本来可以订更便宜的房间，但我预订的是带山景的阳台房，现在却无法坐在那里欣赏美景……
饭菜无味，服务很差。
优质的服务..帕比特拉先生非常友好。喜欢再次访问。酒店房间的景色太好了。食物也很好。工作人员和服务非常快。桑托什先生也非常乐于助人和友好。谢谢你
