Our stay at Marriott Mahabaleshwar was truly wonderful. The hotel offers a beautiful environment, a peaceful atmosphere, and a very comfortable stay overall. Everything was well managed and made us feel relaxed and welcomed. Adding to this great experience was Janhavi, who was extremely sweet, polite, and always ready to help with a warm smile. She took great care of even the smallest details and ensured everything went smoothly. Her hospitality and positive attitude made our stay even more memorable. 🌸

Nice hospitality by the Marriott Team The guy Samim was super quick we just have to told him what we need for dinner / breakfast and for lunch it was available on table within 10-15 min Samim hai toh mumkin hai And a special thanks to Janvi for helping throughout all things from check in to checkout she helped a lot sweet gesture of her bro cause of her all things we needed we got it on priority with efficiency

Overall Experience was good, Great location, nice ambience, courteous staff and well maintained, undoubtedly best property at Mahabaleshwar. They have great engaging activities for kids. Must visit with family. Kamal and Amma Mary had been very supportive and helped us setttle.

我住的是2001号房。阳台正对着走道，如果坐在房间里，山景就会被挡住。我申请换房间，但不知何故没有获批。我本来可以订更便宜的房间，但我预订的是带山景的阳台房，现在却无法坐在那里欣赏美景……
饭菜无味，服务很差。
优质的服务..帕比特拉先生非常友好。喜欢再次访问。酒店房间的景色太好了。食物也很好。工作人员和服务非常快。桑托什先生也非常乐于助人和友好。谢谢你
