春节假期后半段出行，住了三晚。本来在Ritz C和这家间纠结，最后选了索菲特。出乎意料的好！
我们住顶楼房间，比较新，房间也宽敞。交通很方便，就在地铁站楼上，步行可到牛车水，周围吃饭也很方便
员工都很helpful和nice
酒店公共设施和房间都很好，房间很新很大，舒适。就是周边没有什么配套，去哪里都是走路太远一点，打车又太近。旁边就是地铁站。
距离上次入住已经两年多，一切还是那么的方便，地铁绿线直达，电梯直达大堂，这次独自过圣诞，可以慢悠悠地吃个早餐，早餐基本满足各种胃的需求，餐厅间隔比较好，不显得拥挤，就算是早餐高峰时段，也不用等位。B2有booster，逛街逛累喝一杯挺好。

跟孩子一起住的，位置不错，步行至鱼尾狮不到2公里，到vivacity也就3公里多，早餐丰富多样，房间挺大的，洗漱用品都是欧舒丹的。
服务不错，位置好，靠近地铁，出行非常方便，少爷给酒店打满分啦

酒店的早餐怎么说呢，可能有点不适合个人口味吧
其他都还蛮好的呢
环境一般，没有会中文的前台，✅中国人非常不友好差评
市区中心，交通便利，附近食铺众多，晚上十分热闹，出门五分钟是地铁站，服务态度特别好，帮助拎行李，客房服务周到。几乎要给五分了，有一件事情：不过房间有一股霉味，第二天喉咙痒，总是打喷嚏，流眼泪，向前台反映，她说谢谢反馈，没有其他表示
公交方便：机场绿线地铁上盖，牛车水旁CBD，去滨海湾、圣淘沙地铁5站内（30分钟内）
早餐丰盛：有冷餐、鲜榨果汁，西式面点种类多，中式菜品也不少，鸡蛋品种齐全服务好。自助煮面条不好吃。领位入座，假期高峰期排队较长。
房间较大：40平左右，有直饮水，咖啡机，备品不错，其他正常，落地玻璃窗不能开。开空调室温22度，调不高。
露天泳池：15米*4米左右，1.2米深。另外有个儿童池3米*3米左右。有不少躺椅可以晒太阳。
缺点：偏商务，大堂在5楼，1楼门厅小，在国内应该评不上五星，有点像诺富特的级别。
