As usual one of the best stays in the Lakeland area.I come often for business and have stayed at a few place, The Terrace is one of the best locations.

Staff was excellent Room was ok although our Hot water was barely lukewarm and bath tub was very stained and was probably in need of replacement otherwise good stay at the terrace hotel and would probably stay again if upper floor room are available

Nice place to stay by the water. Walkable distance to lovely restaurants and quaint shops. Courteous staff and a nice restaurant serving delicious food.

Cute boutique hotel
The hotel and guest services were amazing. Excellent location and walkable to so many great restaurants as well as one downstairs. I had breakfast there. Great service. Gorgeous hotel. Only problem is the extremely LOUD AC unit.

Nice stay
Staff was very friendly. Restaurant has a to go type service but I miss the old fashioned room service. Hotel looks great after their renovations
房间很棒（单人特大床），这座历史悠久的建筑和周围环境都维护得一丝不苟，位置也很好，就在莱克兰市中心。没有微波炉有点奇怪，但除此之外，住宿体验很好，服务也很友好。
酒店在湖畔傍边，就是房间有点小其它还可以，地址在Lakeland中心小区很方便。
