大家不要订这家酒店了,我们下午到酒店,停车场没车,酒店没看到客人,窗户全封闭,房间就在公路边,很吵,散发一股霉味,破败不堪,我们没入住酒店也不肯退款,前台服务员(详见图片可知来自哪里)态度傲慢,我们站着,她坐着和我们说话。详见图片。

我晚上十点到达,看到几个男人在门廊上猛抽烟。我被安排的第一个房间浴室里有霉菌。第二个房间浴室地板黏糊糊的,毯子也很脏。这两个房间都在一楼。
我要求再次换房,被告知需要30分钟才能打扫干净,而且电视也坏了。我住的第三个房间在一楼,看起来还算干净。毯子和枕头都很薄。整晚都能听到楼上的人吵闹声。
我早上六点退房,问前台能不能帮我解决一下遇到的这些麻烦事。工作人员回答说:“我只是个临时夜班员工,不能给我打折。”
房间:冰箱里装满了食物。有厨房,但没有碗碟、茶壶、水壶……什么都没有。窗户打不开,空调声音很大。
早餐:非常简陋,缺乏爱心,桌子也很脏。
房间的家具感觉像是从学生宿舍搬过来的。走廊里到处都是捕鼠器,有点吓人。早餐种类不多,而且每样东西都得自己摸索。工作人员很友好,但不太乐于助人。

酒店需要翻新,后楼梯对于靠海的人来说非常危险和狭窄。从房间根本看不到海景,因为外面有一条走廊通往房间,如果我们拉开窗帘,走廊里走动的每个人都能看到房间。
他们尝试过一些翻新,但有些地方还是不够完善。空调需要改进。床很硬。房间很干净,清洁人员也很棒。餐厅不存在。早餐不太好。位置不错,就在水边,但不能去露台,对氛围没什么帮助。
大厅里有股恶臭,房间里也有同样的情况,而且窗户打不开。房间和厨房里有老鼠,我们被分配到一个新房间,那里也有同样的臭味,但没有老鼠。最好睡在车里。
房间里的沙发床底下全是灰尘和垃圾,而且我入住的房间与我预订的房间不符,前门附近的露台上到处都是烟头。酒店气味难闻。
