Beautiful lake view, VERY nice beach, friendly helpful staff. Buildings could use some freshening up, screen missing on patio entry in our room, had to purchase a fly swatter, musty smelling air conditioner. Broken windows in multi purpose room give a bad impression.

Their staffs are great! Very friendly and helpful.
2 growth areas:
1. There are quite a few spider nets on the balcony, if they could clean that up frequently it would have been great.
2. We visited this place both in 2024 and 2025, it could use some renovations - noticed the cupboards colors are coming off.
Apart from these two areas, they are absolutely fantastic. Would love to visit them next year.

Room was a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beds were cozy and comfy. Everything in the room worked. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and cutlery. Wish we could have stayed longer !

No chair in the room so nowhere to sit and do computer work. No extra pillows on the bed so you could prop yourself up the bed trying to work.

Room was ok. Not super clean. Manager was complaining about my kids being loud just after 7pm. We just arrived and telling me we should be considerate to other because shes living underneath us. When I booked the room the picture showed its in the bottom so that wasnt clear at all. Was not happy about it but I let it go. But the fact that manager was texting me and complaining that makes me upset. They are the one who assigned us the room, they know theres 2 small kids with us. They should know better. I dont think I will be back in this place. 2 months ago we stayed here and was happy. But the fact you have to clean the garbage and everything. Its not worth it to stay here. Cleaners looks annoyed when you asked something.

During your stay, there were 4 occupants, including two young children. While we absolutely understand that kids can be energetic — and we welcome families — we kindly reminded you that there are other guests in nearby units and requested that noise be kept to a reasonable level, especially in the evening, out of consideration for everyone’s comfort.This message was sent respectfully and with the intent of maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests. Unfortunately, we were met with the response that "quiet hours aren't until 10 PM," which we understand, but we do expect all guests to be mindful of their surroundings at all times.We wish you the best in your future travels.

The customer service was great, but it unfortunately stopped there and the worst hotel sleep I’ve ever experienced.
The hotel walls are paper thin, the fluorescent light outside each room shone through the very thin curtains making it difficult to sleep. There was a wifi booster with a very bright light on it placed right beside the head of the bed with a warning of $300 fine if unplugged. The AC unit was so loud and clunky unable to sleep with it on. Overall would not recommended unless these don’t affect a good night sleep for you.

The air conditioning units are "window shakers," which are standard for this type of building, though we understand they can be louder than central systems. We're continuously looking at ways to improve comfort without compromising the building's character.Regarding the Wi-Fi booster near the bed — we use EERO boosters, which work in sequence to provide reliable internet access to all rooms on the top floor. If any one unit is unplugged, it disrupts Wi-Fi for multiple rooms. To avoid disturbance, the plug is actually located below the mattress area rather than directly beside the head of the bed, though we appreciate that the light may still be noticeable. We'll look into potential solutions to reduce light impact in the future.Thank you again for sharing your experience — it helps us continue to find the right balance between preserving the charm of the building and ensuring guest comfort.

这个地方的位置无与伦比，步行不远就能到镇上，去一些景点也近在咫尺。
话虽如此，我们住在公寓楼里，它需要翻新一下。
我们房间露台的玻璃碎了（隔壁房间的玻璃也碎了）。
地毯有烧焦的痕迹，而且磨损严重，所有的油毡都磨坏了。
纱门坏了（隔壁的纱门根本没法用……）。
外面有灯，他们干脆放弃了，洗脚的水龙头也坏了。
