I’ve stayed at a lot of Clarion hotels, and I like them a lot. The specific one was not up to par. The rooms are kind of dingy. The paint was peeling on the walls. The breakfast in the morning was pretty terrible, cold, hard boiled eggs, this place could use some help.

Cons: Trash was over flowing outside the entire stay and was not emptied once. Old hair tie and dust by headboard. Toilet paper holder not secured to wall. Hard to find employee at front desk.

Pros: bed was comfortable, shower was hot with adequate pressure, needs were addressed promptly

At a place like this you have to wonder how long things have been "out of order". The pool wasn't working; the breakfast juice dispenser wasn't working; the charging ports in the room didn't work. We were only there for a night but that seemed to be the theme. Staff was friendly enough. The best part was the shower - it was pretty nice.

I left my jacket in the room and realized when I arrived home. Called hotel immediately and told them I was willing to pay the postage or courier service to have it returned to me. They said they could not do this. Very disappointed with the non existent customer service.

Beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. Rooms need some TLC. It looks like they started painting and didn’t finish inside the room and bathroom. Some things were painted but very poorly. They had little tree air fresheners hanging around the hotel and in the room we stayed in. I had to ask for extra towel due to only 2 in the room for 3 people. It was ok for the price. It was close to things in Dillard and the Dillard House!
