Love the location and staff was very nice. Bathroom floor not the cleanest, laundry room was gross, and elwvator not the cleanest.

We always stay here when we come to Omaha! So easy, staff is always helpful and nice. Breakfast is great. Overall, great place to stay in Omaha!

Well first room TV didn’t work so we got a different room and that TV also didn’t work so we went to front desk and the guy helps get a different remote after an hour and a half we finally go TV to work not what we wanted we were tired

The only compliant I had of the room was missing facial tissues and carpeted floors. It was spacious, bright, clean, and well stocked with fluffy towels and coffee.
The one thing I would strongly recommend to all hotels allowing dogs is a large fenced exercise area for visitor’s use.

I had looked at several different hotels. I picked this one because they had breakfast and waffles. However the food was cold it was just scrambled eggs and sauage. Cold cereals was a choice as well. No waffles either day. We had trouble gettomg on wifi the phone in the room didnt work I needed a pen anyway so went down to front desk. I stood at the front desk for awhile and no one came out so I took a pen out of the pen cup they had and looked at the camera and mouthed i will return it. Had to wait till later that day to catch someone to help with the wifi.

IMO - for this to be in the MARRIOTT hotel family, it wasn’t in the best condition. It really needs a remodel as it’s quite out-dated.
We experienced SO MANY issues w/ this hotel.
1. Our room smelled MUSTY
2. They didn’t clean out the shower in our bathroom; there was hair in the drain from previous guests.
3. The phone in our room didn’t work.
4. The WIFI was TERRIBLE
5. The lobby/kitchenette where breakfast is served was NOT kept clean
6. The hallway floors at this hotel were in much need of being vacuumed our whole visit (3 days)
7. My daughter got locked out of our room & went to the front desk for help (and 11 year old). The receptionist wouldn’t help her; instead of asking for room # and trying to contact the adult my child was w/, she told her, “I can’t give you a key b/c your name isn’t on the room.” WHAAAATT!??
B/c of the location of this hotel, we assumed that it was going to be extremely nice and even maybe a bit luxurious. This hotel was literally in a neighborhood where there are million dollar homes. However, we were extremely disappointed with our stay. We will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again!

Very nice hotel in an off the main drag area. Nice neighborhood, easy access to I-80 and the rest of Omaha, shopping and dining close.

Our room smelled terribly of mildew or mold. I woke up sick. We only had one garbage can in the bathroom and no Kleenex. When I went downstairs to get blankets and sheets for the pull out bed she gave me a too small size.

We were there for family reunion. The hostess was friendly. Check in was without any issues. Breakfast could use some upgrade. Maybe add scramble eggs on weekend.
