Was under construction and disnt know or would of went somewhere else. Loud at night. Didnt think construction but heard radio and moving around noises both nights. Did not impress.

Rooms were very clean,quiet and comfortable. They are doing renovations on first floor. I would stay there again. The price was a steal.

Got moved because of work they are doing with the pipes outside. Very noisy. New room is in need of updating. But it works

通过第三方预订网站预订时，房间几乎总是默认为残疾人设施房。以前入住时，我从未遇到过无法更换到同等非残疾人设施房的问题，但这次不同了。唯一的更换方式就是支付额外费用进行“升级”。给所有需要残疾人设施房的客人提个醒，这家红屋顶酒店的残疾人设施房绝对不符合ADA标准（淋浴间太小，没有扶手，也没有可拆卸花洒。浴室里没有台面。也没有可触及的电源插座，除非你跪在地上）。酒店不提供早餐，电视通过FireStick连接，但带宽问题严重（持续缓冲和重启），墙壁极薄（你能听到所有其他房间的声音），没有冰箱，没有微波炉，甚至连冰桶和杯子都没有。
让我烈日下等了1小时，因为他们找不到我的预订信息，而且他们给我的房卡根本用不了，准确地说给了我两张都用不了。
服务周到，氛围很好，环境干净又安全，客户服务也很棒。⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
