The room was clean. Not sure about the panted over water stain on the ceiling. Not really sure why they put us in a handicapped room when we did not request it. The bathroom sink did not drain and the air conditioner did not work as it should. All of this is unusual because we normally don't have any issues.

Poor service
The stay its self was ok the problem was the hotel manager when checking in he told me that I had accidentally booked two rooms. He did nothing to try and help me correct the problem and made it seem like I did it intentionally

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. When we got to our room we realized that the fridge was not working. I talked to the girl at the front desk and within 1/2 hour another one was brought it. We will def be staying here in the future.

We saw a cockroach in the room. The bed was very hard. The showerhead was broken and sink was clogged.

Not very clean
We arrived late to the hotel after a long trip. The first thing I noticed when walking in the room was that the couch had a stain and was covered in pet hair. In the bathroom there was one soap and very thin cheap towels. No fan in the bathroom for when you take a shower. There was some kind of dirt on the console where the tv was, it was wet. There was some kind of debris/fuzz on the cover of the comforter. After traveling almost 16 hours it would’ve been nice to come to a clean room, especially at $180 a night.
