NO NO NO! Place was filthy. Adjacent to an adult book store. Seedy people milling around. Office staff barefoot and disorganized. Trying to reuse old room keys. Disaster all around. Left immediately, but still have not refunded my card yet. Should not be on *******!

I have stayed at quite a few choice hotels and this is by far the worst one yet. Front area was not welcoming at all, dirty worn out swing at front door, we were given a room at front when there were plenty of rooms at back, which would have been quieter. The room was awful carpet honestly I was afraid to take shoes off. Bed linen looked clean, but towels did not look clean at all. Coffee machine was broken, I asked for replacement, it never came. Our room was not cleaned at all, we unfortunately stayed for 2 nights on way to Memphis. It also said breakfast was included, there was no breakfast and door was locked. I would not have eaten breakfast but coffee would have been good. I think long term tenants were staying as it looked like some had BBQ. Do not stay here unless you really have to. I know you get what you pay for, but Choice Hotels need to check this out and take it off your books

Even for $52 it was overpriced.
Floor and bathroom door were warped from some serious flooding issues. Electrical outlets partially hanging out of walls. Very musty smell.

Very secluded with a porn store as you turn in parking lot. Bed linens had mold on them. Blankets were covered in cigarette burns. Refrigerator full of mold. Stink bugs covered the curtains and window inside room and crawling on the ceiling. Owner tried to be accommodating and was very nice but rooms were just unacceptable due to extremely poor conditions. We left after trying 2 different rooms and got another hotel. Do not recommend 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Never Ever Again
Room had no towels. Air barely worked. Dusty room lamps everywhere. Mived to another room. Not much better. It was all i could do was hurry up and get outta there.
